Some more mercenary work is available for you via the new Operations Terminal aboard your Avenger. This means you can participate in the San Andreas Mercenaries update even if you do not have the Hangar yet. Instead, you can call a Mammoth Avenger that you own to your location using the Services section of the Interaction Menu. That's right, you no longer need to have the Hangar unlocked in order to own a Mammoth Avenger.
